Twenty fellow BSGC golfers went out this morning for a round of Stableford. On our way to Beverly just a little bit of rain came down on the windshield but after two holes, the rain stopped and we all enjoyed a round under a covered sky with a moderate temperature.
The greens were still a bit sandy and the fairways, due to torrential rains the night before, felt soft and soggy.

A-grade: winner – Wally Creese 39 – 2nd Iain Grant 38
B-grade: winner – Joe Giovenco 46 pts – 2nd Steve King 44
Well done Joe, you will drop a few strokes and if you repeat this kind of scores 2 times more, we will send in an application for the Masters.
