For all the members, if you are new or like to play as a guest, let Captain Warwick know that you’d like to play in next week’s competition on Wednesday at Beverly Place and strictly let him know on the Friday before.

For the regular players, If you are NOT going to play on Wednesday, please inform Warwick no later than the Friday before! In case you’re already on the list for Wednesday but are not able to play even on Wednesday itself, please TEXT Warwick ASAP!

On the Monday before the tournament, the player’s list will be published. Please be on the tee at least 15 minutes before tee time.

Scorecard
Please write clearly. There are 5 lines on the scorecard. Use the first two lines for your name, handicap, the gross score, and if Medal, the putts, and when Stableford, the points.
On the two lower lines put your markers’ name etc.
Swap scorecards with your marker, Hcp, name, and score for the day to be put on the card. Player and marker to sign the card to attest it’s correct.

Handicap for new players
After 5 games, depending on your corrected Gross score, you will be assigned a Handicap. From that day on you’re playing in the competition. Choose your tee box and keep it for the current year. A handicap of 13 or over allows you to play from the white tee boxes. In case your Handicap drops under 13, you will be on the Silver boxes.

A tournament fee of 500 Pesos only to be collected by a board member before the start of the game. This includes the organization and the local drinks after the game. Online Handicap registration, managing, and hosting the BSGC website with the weekly newsletter and all the information regarding the BSGC.
The yearly Christmas party ( on the number of games you played ) with the trophies and prizes.
Organization of Away tournaments in other places.


The Par 3 birdie competition will be P100 EXACT money required payable before the game. This is a voluntary competition.

The Beverly Place golf course is located at Mexico/San Fernando
All other golf course expenses will be at the players’ expense ie: green fee, cart fee, and caddie. It’s allowed to share a cart.

Presentation venue
On the homepage and the Next Week competition page, you will find the venue where the presentation will be held from 2 pm to 6 pm.
The winner/runner-up for A and B flights and of course the most sought-after NAGA will be presented at the venue. 
The Nearest to the pin will be rewarded, and the birdy pool paid out to the winner(s).
At the presentation venue, we will be playing killer pool from 2:30 until 6. The cost is P100, rub your own X off the board if you miss a shot.

Transportation is limited on tournament day.

If you are getting a lift to and from the golf course you should be contributing P200 to the toll fees and gasoline expenses.

Rental Club Hire
The club has Right & Left handed sets of golf clubs available for rental if you don’t have your clubs with you. If you require a set of clubs please text or contact Warwick ( 0916-427-6937 ). The cost is 500 Pesos.
