Hi to all around the Globe,
Well 29 players turned up today to play Stroke Vs Par, still great numbers for this time of year, every though quite a few have headed home for a while. Well we did get a little rain but it wasn’t enough to even settle the dust.
There are some good scores still coming in so I will announce the winner of B Grade first because miracles do happen with a +3 Hansieeeee Hauser yes it’s true Hans won the B Grade. The runner up of B grade was Mike Powell +2 on a count back from Steve Tye.
The winner of A grade was Johnny Cummins who has been playing very consistent golf lately, John says he loves the conditions at the moment because he gets lots of distance from the hard fairways, enjoy it John the wet season will be here soon. Runner up Dave Walter OCB from Terry Kerim both with +2.

Hi to all around the Globe,
Well summer has arrived it was bloody hot and dry today the course is starting to resemble a dust bowl but that has prevented our players from coming out to challenge themselves in these conditions.
There were a few good scores out there as well so not all the players found it that difficult.
In the A Grade Royal Johnny had a win with 38 pts on a countback from Dave Walter. In the B grade Mike Carr won with 45 points, whilst Mike Evart and Harry Nieuwland tied for runner up with 42 pts, mike Evart won on a count back.

Hi to all around the Globe,
Today we had 33 players take part in our March Monthly Medal, stroke/ counts putts.
The course can only be described as officially dead most of the grass on the fairways has turned brown or just died, of course there is lots of run so the high handicaps are enjoying it. The greens aren’t the best either they are very bumpy so you need a good putting style and a bit of luck to score well.
If you are a regular visitor here, please organise transport with players that live here or have transport. We would like to leave the van that Dave Paliwoda drivers for guests only. If you require transport you should contact Dave on Monday prior to Tuesday’s game.
