1. COURSE MARKERS
A. Perimeter Fences, white stakes and OB lines – Out of Bounce
B. Yellow stakes and lines – Yellow Penalty Area
C. Red stakes and lines – Red Penalty Area
D. Blue stakes and white lines – Ground Under Repair
2. DISTANCE MARKERS
A. Red Markers 100 yards to the center of the green
B. White Markers 150 yards to the center of the green
C. Blue Markers 200 yards to the center of the green
D. Yellow Markers 250 yards to the center of the green
3. Rules of Play
A. Relief situation: Except in a Penalty area, relief without penalty occurs when the ball, or the area
of his intended swing is affected by the following:
1. All exposed water pipes, catch basins, sprinkler heads, irrigation control boxes and drainage
grills.
2. All constructed pathways with artificial surfaces, tee houses and pump houses.
3. Concrete bank tops (not IN a Penalty Area), defining Penalty Area and Bridge supports.
4. Yardage markers on the Fairway.
B. Protection of Young Trees
If a tree marked by the blue stakes/paint/tape interferes with the player’s stance or area of
intended swing, the ball MUST be lifted without Penalty and dropped within one (1) club length
of the nearest point of relief not nearer the Hole. The ball may be cleaned when so lifted.
C. All flowerbeds and ornamental plants are part of the General Area.
D. If a ball strikes an electric wire post, construction related utilities, or any irrigation control box,
the player MAY disregard the ball and play another ball as near as possible to the spot where
the original ball was last played.
E. Hole # 4 – 12 – 15 : if the player fails to cross the Penalty Area in front of the green, the player
MAY opt to drop a ball at the designated Dropping Zone.
F. Hole # 9 – 14 -15 – 16 – 18: If the ball is resting on the liner of the lake, the ball MUST be lifted and
dropped within one club length of the nearest point of relief not nearer the hole with a penalty of
one (1) stroke.
4. PACE OF PLAY
A. Players should play at a prompt pace throughout the round.
Always play a provisional ball if in doubt, maximum of three (3) minute to find a lost ball.
B. Always play “Ready Golf”. Maximum of fifteen (15) minutes to play each hole.
Maximum of forty (40) seconds to complete a stroke. First time = warning
Second time = 1 shot penalty!
C. Allow faster groups to pass whenever practical. Slow play will be warned by Marshall’s.
A second warning means the succeeding flight must play through.
5. PENALTY FOR BREACH OF RULES
A. Lose of Hole for Matchplay
B. Two (2) strokes penalty for Stroke play
6. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
A. Singles or Twosomes shall be allowed on a case-to-case basis depending on golf course
traffic. Five-some flights shall be allowed on a weekday and when using at least three (3)
golf carts on each flight. Five-some will be allowed only on a Weekend/Holiday provided that
all players in the flight are members of the CLUB and using at least three (3) golf carts.
B. All players must be in proper golf attire, metal spikes are not allowed.
C. Junior golfers are not permitted to operate golf carts.
D. Damage to a golf cart will be the responsibility of the player renting the golf cart.
E. The Club shall not be responsible for any loss of cash and valuables.
F. Management has the sole authority to sanction any player for violation of the above provisions.
G. Damaged areas on the green caused by the player will be charged to the player.
